Royal Parks Half Marathon. Congratulations to Harvey Smyth who finished in a very respectful time of 1.37. Just ahead of his wife Kate who finished in 1.39 (a new PB). Both fantastic times finishing just behind Laura who crossed the line in 1.35. Also congratulations to Sonya & Rachel Cross who also completed the course in impressive times.

Laura completed the New York City Marathon in 3.27.31. And massive congratulations to Kate Smyth who also competed & crossed the line in a very impressive time of 3.45! Pretty outstanding for her first ever marathon!

Congratulations to Laura Knight who completed the London Marathon 2010 in a respectable time of 3 hrs and 39 mins despite an ankle injury picked up a few days before the event.
Well done to David Thorpe who also completed the London Marathon (for the 2nd time) after saying "never again" in 2009!
