About Me

I’m Lee Kavanagh, a Strength and Conditioning Performance Coach.

I train my clients how I train myself, Analysing the movements necessary to increase the performance of the athlete in their specific sport.

Using hybrid training that combine strength and conditioning with functional movements which are specific movement’s for each sport which will ultimately improve the overall movement and functionality of the athlete.

I also believe in finding balance. I teach my clients how to train smart and keep a realistic and healthy relationship with their training and nutrition. We all know life without a beer and a burger isn’t a life at all!

My clients range from golfers looking to improve their game, aspiring drivers in motor sport looking to gain an advantage with improved conditioning to endurance athletes looking to improve their performance in their next race.

I adapt my knowledge and select the best approach and exercises required to achieve your goals. Whether it’s your first time running a marathon or you’re a tennis player looking to improve your game, I would love to help you on your journey.

I am a firm believer that a structured programme and obtaining healthy habits is the key to success.

Simple.

I am working towards my first 70.3 Ironman event, and who better to train with than someone walking the walk? He took me in a new direction and quickly the focus returned, and results improved.

Steve

Lee pushes me beyond what I would normally do myself but with a considered approach and a wealth of knowledge about injury rehabilitation.”

Rachel

Lee is fantastic at pinpointing issues and helping to build up muscle strength in all the right places. I am comfortably lifting weights I’ve never been confident/strong enough to do before.”

This updates every 4 weeks with bi-weekly check-ins so we can tweak and adjust.

Additionally, I also offer in-person coaching sessions as a bolt-on in various locations or online via video if you’re further afield. These sessions give you additional personal attention so you can go that extra mile with your training. Check the full details here.
