My Philosophy

You can’t outrun your fork.

It’s no secret that nutrition is a vital ingredient to improving your health and wellbeing and reaching your fitness goals. Whether your goal is to prepare for an Ironman, reduce body fat, build muscle or improve your sporting performance, it’s good nutrition that will get you over the finish line.

As a front-line coach, I often see clients who train hard yet feel disappointed with their weekly progress. The truth is: nutrition is letting them down.

Being an athlete or keen sports person means you must give your body the proper fuel to have energy for training, work, socialising and other everyday activities.

As part of my Sports Performance Coaching Programme, I offer nutritional guidance and advice to suit your goals.

If you are wondering how many daily calories you should be on, use this useful calorie counter.

Within the Fitness App I can design a specific meal plan to hit your calorie requirement so that you give your self the best chance of performing at your best.

I am working towards my first 70.3 Ironman event, and who better to train with than someone walking the walk? He took me in a new direction and quickly the focus returned, and results improved.
