Marathon personal trainer in London

Lee will create customised training plans designed for our clients in London and their targets. This normally involves a combination of hybrid training to build muscle and strength, alongside gym work, cardio, and fitness training. Read our blog on six principles for home workouts.

How does the process work?

  • Lee will be in contact within 24 hours to book an onboarding consultation.
  • We will meet via video for a 1-2-1 video call and this is an opportunity for Lee to get to know you. We will talk about everything from your goals and ambitions, training history, past events and personal bests, nutrition, and anything else that may be relevant to your training.
  • We can then create a customised four-week fitness plan, specific to your requirement and this will be delivered via our LK fitness App. All training plans are completed tailored to you.
  • As you work through the training plans, these can be logged via the App, so Lee can monitor your progress to ensure you stay on track and focused. The plan will be updated every four weeks and ongoing support is available with bi-weekly video calls, in-App messaging and video feedback, and bi-weekly video calls.
